  2. September 16, 2011: ECE Department organized a programme on DSP starter kit TMS320C6416 . The programme included presentations, hardware implementation and hands on training session.
  3. September 15, 2011: Dr. Biswa Bhattacharya from Asian Development Bank Institute, Japan visited JBS and delivered a special lecture on "Challenges for India towards rebalancing for sustainable growth"

  15. July 27, 2010: Mr. Praveen Jain, Sr. Director (Engineering), CISCO, USA delivered a lecture on "Cloud Computing".
  16. July 20, 2010: A lecture on ‘An Introduction to Mathematics of Financial Derivatives’ delivered by Dr. Siddhartha Chakrabarty, Department of Mathematics,    Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati.
  17. July 9, 2010: Shri Mahender Singh Khari along with Ms. Sharon of Association of International Accountants (UK) shared his personal experiences and challenges in life while introducing the organization to the MBA students. The Hon’ble Founder Chancellor Shri Jai Prakash Gaur Ji and Hon’ble Chancellor, Sh. Manoj Gaur Ji also graced the occasion.

  43. January 19, 2010: Prof. Barry Sanders, Director of Institute of Quantum Information Science, Calgary, Canada conducted a seminar on “Quantum Computer”.
  44. January 14, 2010: Dagan Potter, Head, Effects, DreamWorks Animation, Northern California, USA delivered a seminar/presentation for our computer science students.

  1. December 10, 2009: Prof. Madhav Bhatia, Programme Leader, Cardiovascular Biology Research Programme, Life Science Institute, University of Otago, Christchurch, New Zealand interacted with Biotechnology Department faculty and research students to explore possibilities of research collaboration. He gave a lecture on “How to be successful in research”.
  2. December 3, 2009: Prof. Wolfgang Stephen, Head of the Biology Department, LMU, Munich, Germany delivered a talk on “Evolutionary Genetics-Detective positive Directional Selection in the Genome”.
  3. December 2, 2009: Prof. Rajeev Kumar, Computer Sc.Deptt. IIT, Kharagpur, "Research Opportunities", 2nd      December,2009, CS2,JIITU-NOIDA.
  4. November 2009: Prof. A.B. Bhattacharya has delivered lecture in the workshop on Competency in VLSI Design, Indian National Academy of Engineering and Indian Semiconductor Association "India as Superpower in VLSI Design", at India International Centre, New Delhi.
  5. November 21, 2009: One day workshop on “Advanced Materials & Nanotechnology” was organized at JIIT by PMSE Deptt. in associating with DRDO, New Delhi.
  6. November 17, 2009 : Dr. S.L. Jain, Head, Radio and Atmospheric Sciences Division, National Physical Laboratory, New Delhi gave a talk on “Atmospheric Studies over Antarctica”.
  7. November 7, 2009: Dr. S. L. Jain, Emeritus Scientist CSIR, National Physical Laboratory, New Delhi  delivered a guest lecture on “Study of Atmospheric Parameters in Antarctica”, on  7th November, 2009.

  2. Mr. Pinaki Chattopadhyaya, delivered a talk on "Object Oriented Development" on 27.10.2006. He obtained M.Stat. from ISI (1989) and MTech from IIT Kharagpur (1990). He has around 16 years of IT experience in organisations like TCS, NIC, Citibank, Hughes Software, Interglobe Tech, GCET etc.
  3. Prof. K.L. Chopra an eminent physicist of international repute, former Director of IIT, Kharagpur and former Professor of IIT, Delhi delivered a talk on “Nanomaterials and Nanotechnology” on Saturday, the 28th October, 2006.
  4. Prof. Ashok Saxena, Dean, College of Engineering, Distinguished Professor of Materials Science and Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, AR, delivered a lecture on "Strategies for Achieving Excellence in Undergraduate and Graduate Education in Engineering in a globalised economy" on Thursday, the 6th July 2006.
