Instructions for Authors :

All final submissions to the conference should be written in English with a maximum paper length of 6 printed pages including figures without incurring any additional page charges. However, the authors can extend maximum 1 page with over length page charge, if accepted. Note that, the maximum number of pages for a research paper is 7. Papers exceeding the total page limitation will not be accepted by our submission portal.
Final manuscript preparation should abide the following guidelines:

1) Submit your manuscript either in PDF or in Microsoft Word format. Use the most current version of Microsoft Word which will help in reducing word-to-pdf conversion issues such as embedded fonts, bookmarks, etc.
2) Submissions should strictly follow the recommended IEEE conference template.
3) All references must follow the IEEE format of referencing.
4) Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain any plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (multiple submission).

Papers upload via EDAS: Authors are instructed to submit their paper via EDAS submission system. It is the authors' responsibility to ensure that the author list and the paper title of the submitted pdf/doc/docx file is an exact match to the author list and paper title on the EDAS registration page. In particular, the EDAS registration page must include all co-authors, not just the submitting author. Please be aware that the author list of an accepted paper can NOT be changed in the final manuscript.

Upon acceptance, authors will be required to register and present their papers. Papers will be published in the conference proceedings only if at least one of the authors is officially registered and presented.
The IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (including its removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

Accepted papers, only when presented in the Conference (numbered 31296 in the IEEE Record) by duly registered authors, will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore.
