The paper length should not
exceed six (6) pages, IEEE two (2) column format. However,
the authors can extend maximum 1 page with over length page charge,
of Rs. 2,000/- for Indian participant and US$ 100/- for International
participant.
STEP 2: Submit your CRC to IEEE PDF eXpress
link below to generate IEEE Digital Libraray compatible pdf file.
Please note that PDF-Express only checks the correctness/ genuineness
of the pdf file and not the IEEE format.

Please send us the
PDF of the Camera Ready Copy generated by PDF eXpress only.
STEP 3: Please Rename your
PDF with your paper ID. (1570XXXXXX_camerar.PDF).
STEP 4: Send a single zip
containing your IEEE PDF Compliant Camera Ready Paper (1570XXXXXX_camerar.PDF)
+ Source File (1570XXXXXX_camerar.DOC or 1570XXXXXX_camerar.DOCX)
to emails as follows .(on or before 30 July,
2016).
" The
PDF file you will send to us must be the one which is generated
by pdf-express service only. Right
click on the file and go to its properties to check the IEEE pdf
express certificate as presented in the image (CLICK
HERE)." Without this certificate, we can not
send your pdf to IEEExplore digital library.
2. IEEE COPYRIGHT
FORM SUBMISSION
STEP 1: Download the IEEE
Copyright Form for IC3 2016. Take good quality printout, Sign
it and Scan it.

STEP 2: Please Rename your
IEEE Copyright Form with your paper ID. (1570XXXXXX_copyr.PDF)
STEP 3: Send the scanned copy
of fully-completed and signed IEEE copyright form on the
same mail id to which you have sent your camera ready copy
(on or before 30 July, 2016).
Send your source file, pdf
and scanned copyright form in a single zip folder to:

3. REGISTRATION PROCESS
At least one author must register
on or before 30 July, 2016 to include the paper
in the conference.
