Instruction for the Authors of Accepted paper:

 

Following requirements are mandatory to include your paper in Conference Proceedings

1. At least one author must register to include the paper in the conference Refer to Conference Registration page.

2. Instructions for sending final manuscript / CRC (Camera Ready Copy):

Please refer the “Author Guideline” link on the conference website. Upload the final CRC contents through EDAS. Pl ensure that your paper in strictly under Springer’s suggested formatting guidelines. Upload your CRC by 22-May-2009. For any query contact to alok.aggarwal@jiit.ac.in.

3. Instructions for sending the Copyright Transfer Form:

1) Authors are requested to download the copyright transfer form and then after filling and scanning, send the softcopy to chetna.dabas@jiit.ac.in by 22-May-2009.

2) One author may sign on behalf of all the authors of a particular paper.

3)The copyright form must be a pdf document and must bear the paperid with "cr" in its name. Eg. the pdf of a copyright form of a paper with paper id 1234567 must be labeled as 1234567cr.pdf

4) While filling the copyright form, please write the name, editors as mentioned below.

Author(s) name(s): Author(s) Names(s) as appear in the paper.

Corresponding Author’s name, address, affiliation and e-mail: Corresponding Author’s name, address, affiliation and e-mail as appear the paper.

Authors should submit their papers online at http://edas.info/7322. Unregistered authors should first create an account on EDAS to log on.
