Registration

1. Participants have to register in order to attend the conference.

2. Fee details are as follows: 

In addition to registration charges, additional payment for one extra page above 6 page limit is, Rs. 2,000/- for Indian Authors and US$ 100 for international authors.

SPECIAL DISCOUNTS in all Categories: (Payment through Demand Draft, Wire Transfer or Funds Transfer only)

• IEEE Members and alumni of JIIT (Former Student as well as Faculty members) will get 20% discount on base rate in the respective category.They should contact Dr.Saurabh Kumar Raina at sk.raina@jiit.ac.in for availing the discount before registration.

3.Registration fee will include vegetarian lunch and tea. Accommodation has to be arranged by participants themselves.

4.Charges for tours etc. will be separate.

5.  For each accepted paper, it is mandatory for at least one author to register to include their paper in conference.

6. Payment can be made through Demand Draft, Credit Card, Wire Transfer (outside India) or Funds Transfer (within India) as follows:

Note:

i). It may be ensured that the Remitter’s (Participant/Author) name and the Purpose of remittance (Registration Fees) is clearly mentioned by the Remitter in the Funds Transfer Application.

ii) Swift Copy (Wire transfer advice) or Funds transfer advice should be sent by email to sk.raina@jiit.ac.in,for information of the Institute.

iii) All bank charges foreign/inland in connection with the registration fee remittance will be to the account of the Remitter. Shortage in the prescribed Fee amount, if any,  on account of bank charges/short remittance received or credited to the Institute’s A/c shall be born by the Remitter.
