Instruction for the Authors of Accepted paper:

Following requirements are mandatory to include your paper in Conference Proceedings

1. At least one author for each paper must register before 28 May 2012 to include the paper in the conference.

2. Authors should send the following two items by 28 May 2012:

What to send:

a) Final Camera Ready Copy (CRC) strictly in Springer's suggested format: Send a single zip containing the pdf of your final CRC + all source files ( either .doc or all latex files).The page limit for accepted papers is - 12 pages

Please refer the Author Guideline link on the conference website for Springer's format.

b) Copyright Form: Corresponding Author is requested to download the copyright transfer form and fill it, sign it (corresponding author can sign on behalf of other co-authors), scan it, convert to pdf and send the pdf to satish.chandra@jiit.ac.in.

Where to send:

All papers of Algorithm track must be sent as a single zip file containing the pdf of final CRC + all source files ( either .doc or all latex files) to maneesha.srivastav@jiit.ac.in by 28 May 2012.

All papers of Application track must be sent as a single zip file containing the pdf of final CRC + all source files ( either .doc or all latex files) to chetna.gupta@jiit.ac.in by 28 May 2012.

All papers of Systems track must be sent as a single zip file containing the pdf of final CRC + all source files ( either .doc or all latex files) to rakhi.hemani@jiit.ac.in by 28 May 2012.

All papers of Biomedical Informatics track must be sent as a single zip file containing the pdf of final CRC + all source files ( either .doc or all latex files) to vikas.saxena@jiit.ac.in by 28 May 2012.
