The aim of the Creativity & Innovation Cell in Electronics is to provide
students with an exposure to a range of practical skills that are
fundamental to their area of specialization and to provide experience in
the application of these and other skills in creating innovative solutions
for problems both within and beyond their selected engineering options.
Main Goals of CIC in Electronics are as follows:
- Practice certain important practical skills in circuit design & simulation.;
- Use tools such as Matlab, Lab View & Pspice to analyze practical problems in engineering;
- Apply practical skills learned to date and use them in creating innovative solutions to problems not encountered before;
- Use effectively the library and other IT resources in creating innovative solutions to problems;
- Appreciate the benefits and challenges of working in a group to tackle problems in engineering;
- Inviting eminent people from industry for lectures and demonstrations;
- Conduct various competitions by the clubs sessions to disseminate knowledge and skills in popular areas;
- Students to spend their spare time pursuing crazy innovative ideas,
