Registration Instructions only for Indian Authors and other participants (i.e. those who are based in India)

Rs 10,000/- (Early Registration on or before 1st November 2014) and Rs 11,000/- (Late Registration)

1. Authors and Participants have to register in order to attend the conference.For each accepted paper, it is mandatory for at least one author to register to include their paper in conference.

2.One registration can cover only up to 2 papers by the same author.

3. Registration fee will include vegetarian lunch and tea. Accommodation has to be arranged by participants themselves.

4. It is mandatory to fill the registration form and e-mail the filled and scanned copy of the form to isspit14reg@jiit.ac.in, irrespective of the mode of payment. Download Registration Form : MS Word or PDF Format

5. Payment can be made either through Demand Draft(DD), Credit Card or Funds Transfer (within India).

6. In case of payments through DD or Funds Transfer, please e-mail the scanned copy of DD / Funds transfer advice to isspit14reg@jiit.ac.in to confirm your registration fees payment.

7. In case of payments through Credit Card, please e-mail the scanned copy of the successfull registration message to isspit14reg@jiit.ac.in to confirm your registration fees payment.

8. It may be ensured that the Remitter’s (Participant/Author) name and the Purpose of remittance (Registration Fees) is clearly mentioned by the Remitter in the Funds Transfer Application.

9. All bank charges in connection with the registration fee remittance will be to the account of the Remitter. Shortage in the prescribed Fee amount, if any, on account of bank charges/short remittance received or credited to the Institute’s A/c shall be born by the Remitter.
