Proposed Special Session(s) in RAMSA 2026
Title: Celestial Mechanics and Space Dynamics

This session aims to bring together researchers working in celestial mechanics, space dynamics, and related fields of applied mathematics and astronomy. The focus will be on the mathematical modeling, analytical and numerical techniques, and qualitative studies that help us understand the motion and interaction of celestial bodies, both within our solar system and in exoplanetary systems.

Scope and Topics:

The session will include (but is not limited to) the following themes:

  • Classical and modern celestial mechanics
  • Orbital dynamics and stability analysis
  • N-body problems and perturbation methods
  • Resonance phenomena in planetary and satellite systems
  • Space mission trajectory design and optimization
  • Chaotic dynamics and long-term evolution of celestial systems
  • Computational techniques in dynamical astronomy
