Instructions to Authors of Accepted Papers

• Following requirements are mandatory to include your paper in IEEE Xplore Conference Proceedings
  
  1) CAMERA READY paper (on or before Nov. 25, 2016)
  2) IEEE COPYRIGHT form Duly completed and signed (on or before Nov. 25, 2016)
  3) REGISTRATION form Duly completed (on or before Nov. 25, 2016)

  
  

  1. IEEE PDF CAMERA READY SUBMISSION

  STEP 1: Download the Camera Ready Format for ICSC 2016.
  Click here : (WORD Template (letter))
  
  For more information on IEEE Manuscript Templates and help click here
  The paper length should not exceed six (6) pages. You need to modify your paper exactly as per the format requirements specified in the Camera Ready Format.
  
  STEP 2: Use the IEEE PDF eXpress link below to check the Camera Ready paper is IEEE compliant.
  Enter 39610XP for the Conference ID.
  Access the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus site at: http://www.pdf-express.org/plus.
  Steps on how to use IEEE PDF eXpress Plus are available here
  IEEE PDF eXpress is only for creation of a compliant PDF file, you must still submit your final paper through online submission at EDAS.
  
  STEP 3:FOR POSTER PREPARATION
  The format is attached Click here : (POWERPOINT(Template))
  Send the soft copy at given email ID
  and Hard copy is to be brought in conference during presentation

  Width : 56.2 cm
  
  STEP 4: Please send us the PDF generated by IEEE PDF eXpress Plus and source file of the paper at EDAS.

  2. IEEE COPYRIGHT FORM SUBMISSION

  STEP 1: Download the IEEE Copyright Form for ICSC 2016.

  STEP 2: Please Rename your IEEE Copyright Form with your paper ID. (XXXXXXXX_copyr.PDF)
  
  STEP 3: Send the scanned copy of fully-completed and signed IEEE copyright form to rajesh.parmar@jiit.ac.in (on or before Nov. 25, 2016) .
