GUIDELINES TO AUTHORS


  1. Authors are invited to submit full papers in English of not more than 6 pages (including figures, tables & references) in IEEE double-column format.

  2. Submissions should strictly follow the IEEE format.

  3. Do not put page numbers in the manuscript.

  4. Authors are instructed to submit their paper via EDAS submission system. Authors need to upload the details of all co-authors on the EDAS (https://edas.info/N28317 ) portal in the same order as they appear in the paper. Failing so may lead to rejection of the paper.

  5. The conference will adhere to accepted stringent norms as regards plagiarism. Authors are advised to use standard software’s to check similarity prior to loading their work. Rejection of submission without review can be on the basis of high similarity. The maximum similarity allowed is less than or equal to 20% only.

  6. All analysis on the basis graphs etc should be supported with data computed through analytical work or based on experimental results. Any ambiguity on the data analysed to be accepted will be at the discretion of reviewers. Reviewer(s) may recommend for major revision or reject the paper.

  7. In case of major revision the revised paper has to be supported with a compliance report. Compliance report must highlight the original submission and the revised re-submission.

  8. No author can be added/ removed once the submitted paper is accepted.

  9. Only registered Authors will be allowed to present the paper and certificate of presentation will be given to registered author only.

  10. Requests by authors to present papers remotely, without physical attendance will be accommodated only for a valid reason (It may be asked to produce the valid proof for the same).

  11. Any paper that is not presented by an author of the paper, either physically in-person or remotely, will be withdrawn from the proceedings and thus from IEEE Xplore.

  12. Authors are required to use their official Email-ID wherever possible.

  13. Papers submitted to ICSC 2021 should not have been submitted to any other conference or journal (multiple submissions).
