HRUDAY–TheHRClub

Founded with the vision of nurturing future HR leaders, HRUDAY serves as a platform where students can explore the dynamic world of Human Resource Management beyond the classroom. The club’s name, HRUDAY (meaning "heart" in Sanskrit), reflects its core philosophy–people are at the hear to fevery enterprise,and HR is the pulse that keeps it alive and thriving.

Through engaging workshops, case study competitions, interactive speaker sessions, and hands-on activities, HRUDAY equips students with practical insights into talent management, organizational behavior, leadership, and work place dynamics. The club regularly hosts events such as mock recruitment drives, HR quizzes, debates on trending workplace issues, and networking opportunities with industry experts, helping members develop critical skills like communication, decision-making, and problem-solving.
