Continuation of Scholarship:
A student selected in first year, is required to meet all the conditions mentioned below in every semester for continuation of scholarship i.e if a student fails to meet any condition in any semester, the student will not be entitled for scholarship again even on qualifying the conditions subsequently:
  • CGPA scored at the end of the Sem as per para 1 above (last column)
  • No backlog in the Sem being considered
  • No debar in any subject due to Attendance
  • No discipline award

Continuation of Scholarship:
  • Fresh merit list will be prepared for each department on completion of a semester.
  • For continuation of scholarship, CGPA as per table above is required in previous semester.

Integrated MTech Students
  • TA awarded in 5th year on achieving CGPA ≥7.5 in preceding semester.


 

Scholarship to Girl Students
(Parent’s Income ≤ 8 Lakhs Per Annum)
  1. Scholarship - 50% waiver of tuition fees for the minimum period of the degree.
  2. Applicable for BTech program only.
  3. Two girl students per course as per the merit of admission (01 each through JEE AIR and 10+2 based; if admission through both modes, else 10+2).
  4. Students with parent’s income from all sources ≤ Rs 8 Lakhs per annum will be eligible. Valid Income Certificate issued by State Authorities only will be accepted.
  5. Scholarship continuity will be subject to maintaining CGPA of 7.50 (i.e., CGPA of 7.50 in first Sem for continuity in second Sem and so on).
  6. Scholarships will be awarded after the last date of admission.
Scholarship to Board Toppers – Admission to BTech programs
  1. Topper of 10+2 exams, in the academic year of admission, of the recognised boards in India.
  2. Admission as per eligibility of admission to BTech program.
  3. Admission to BTech program of choice.
  4. Proof / certificate from Board to be provided by the candidate.
  5. Scholarship - 100% waiver of tuition fees.
  6. Scholarship continuity will be subject to maintaining CGPA of 7.50 (i.e., CGPA of 7.50 in first Sem for continuity in second Sem and so on).
  7. Scholarship will be awarded for the minimum period of degree (i.e., 04 years).
AICTE Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFW)
  • Supernumerary Seats
  • TFW to 2% of approved seats of program, as per merit.
  • Student’s whose parents annual income from all sources does not exceed Rs 8.00 lakhs per annum will be eligible.  
  • Valid Income Certificate issued by the State Authorities only will be accepted.
  • Scholarships will be awarded after completion of admission cycle. 
William Webster Merit-cum-Means Scholarship
  • Tuition fee waiver in the academic year, equivalent to tuition fee of one semester.
  • 02 scholarships (one each in Sec-62 and Sec-128) awarded in BTech program.
  • Eligibility: Combined income of parent should be less than Rs. 8.0 Lac per annum.
  • Merit list prepared in second semester considering student’s marks in class 10th, class 12th and result of first semester.
  • Scholarship is awarded in Even Semester every year.
  • Scholarship continuity is subject to maintaining CGPA of 7.00 in subsequent semesters and submission of valid income certificate issued by State Authorities.
