With a team of 100+ volunteers led by student coordinators under the guidance of senior advisors and the Faculty Coordinator - Dr. Abhay Kumar, IEEE SB offers an immersive experience that opens doors to collaborative learning and endless opportunities for growth. By organizing workshops, webinars, and hands-on activities across diverse domains, it empowers volunteers to develop their skills, cultivate team spirit, and achieve holistic development.
IEEE SB is often synonymous with being one of the most active student branches throughout the year. True to this reputation, we organize a wide array of events that encourage learning.
Our first calendar event, Techblocks, celebrates the mentoring spirit of our volunteers by giving them an exciting platform to guide juniors across diverse technical domains. Other notable events include IEEE Day and various workshops throughout the year.
The presence of a WIE Affinity Group sets IEEE SB apart, highlighting its commitment to diversity, inclusion, and the empowerment of women in engineering. Every year, IEEE WIE hosts landmark events—Lumina and the WIE Day program—open to all, reinforcing its vision of an inclusive and equitable community.
Closing a year full of learning and achievements, IEEE SB culminates its calendar with its magnum opus, ‘Xenith’, a two-day technical fest packed with coding contests, ideathons, hackathons, and treasure hunts. This flagship event showcases the sheer dedication, hard work, talent, and management skills of our team.
Recently, IEEE SB JIIT has also been recognized for its efforts, securing 3rd position in the Activity-Based Incentive Award by IEEE Uttar Pradesh Section.
Concluding this wholesome journey of growth, IEEE seniors leave behind a legacy of excellence, securing prestigious internships and placements while inspiring juniors to aim higher and achieve more.
