JPEG (Jaypee Photographic Enthusiasts Guild) is the official photography society of JIIT Noida, dedicated to nurturing creative expression and visual storytelling through the lens. The society serves as a platform for students to explore, learn, and refine their photography and videography skills, regardless of prior experience.

Our aim is to equip members with the fundamentals of photography by introducing them to essential tools and equipment such as DSLRs, lenses, tripods, and other gear. Through regular workshops, interactive sessions, and peer learning, JPEG ensures that beginners develop a solid foundation while enthusiasts continue to grow in their craft.

To bridge theory with practice

JPEG organizes photo-walks across Delhi NCR, giving members real-world exposure and an opportunity to capture diverse subjects and scenes. From bustling street life to serene landscapes, these outings help students apply techniques and experiment creatively.

Throughout the academic year, JPEG plays a key role in documenting campus life. The team covers a wide range of events—technical fests, cultural programs, international conferences, sports meets, and more—preserving the vibrant spirit of JIIT through the lens.

Above all, JPEG is a close-knit creative community where students collaborate, inspire each other, and grow not just as photographers but as storytellers and team players.
