ZENCODERS is the official coding and development hub of JIIT, committed to nurturing creative thinkers, problem solvers, and future-ready developers. In 2025, ZENCODERS continued its mission to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application by organizing a series of impactful and skill-enriching events.
Orientation 2025: The year began with an interactive orientation session, introducing freshers to the coding culture, tech road-map, and various learning paths available through the hub.
C Programming Workshop: A 3-day beginner-friendly workshop designed to build strong programming fundamentals in C for first-year students. The sessions were hands-on and focused on logic building and code efficiency.
Collaborative Learning: ZENCODERS hosted several peer-led coding sessions, project showcases, and mentoring meetups aimed at building a strong technical support system within the student community.
Project Culture & Participation: The hub actively encouraged students to work on real-world projects, open-source contributions, and participate in hackathons and coding contests, resulting in commendable performances throughout the year.
Sketch to Site: A unique flagship event where students were challenged to convert static design assets (PPTs, images, Figma files) into fully functional websites using tools and AI of their choice. The event saw enthusiastic participation and innovative web solutions.
ZENCODERS continues to strive for excellence by promoting an inclusive, growth-oriented environment where students can experiment, build, and grow together.
