Instructions to Authors of Accepted Papers

• Following requirements are mandatory to include your paper in Springer Book Chapter:
  
  

  1. CAMERA READY PAPER (on or before 26 Feb 2018)

  • Step 1. Download the Camera Ready Format for ICSC 2018. (click here)
  • Step 2. Convert your paper in word to PDF format.
  
  
  

  2. SPRINGER CONSENT TO PUBLISH FORM submission

  • Download the Springer Consent to publish form for ICSC 2018.click here
  • Please rename your Springer Consent Form with your paper ID. (XXXXXXXX_copyr.PDF)
  • Please send us the PDF and word file of the paper. Also send the Springer Consent to Publish form to the respective mail ID’s :

  3. REGISTRATION FORM

  • Kindly fill the registration form (click here) and e-mail the completed and signed scanned copy of the form to vineet.khandelwal@jiit.ac.in, irrespective of the mode of payment before 26th February 2018.
  • Please e-mail the scanned copy of the bank receipt Swift Copy (Wire transfer advice)/Funds transfer advice/online generated registration slip to vineet.khandelwal@jiit.ac.in to confirm your registration fees payment.
  • Kindly ensure that the Remitter's (Participant/Author) name and the Purpose of remittance (Registration Fees) are clearly mentioned by the Remitter in the Funds Transfer Application.
  • All bank charges foreign/inland in connection with the registration fee remittance will be to the account of the Remitter. Shortage in the prescribed Fee amount, if any, on account of bank charges/short remittance received or credited to the Institute's account shall be borne by the Remitter.
