Biography

Anshul Singh holds an M.Tech in Computer Science from NIT Mizoram(2022) and a B.Tech from AKTU university(2019). She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at JIIT Noida, with previous teaching experience at Lovely Professional University(23-2024). Her academic focus includes core computer science subjects, student mentorship, and project guidance. Her research includes semantic text similarity using BERT and breast cancer detection using CNNs. She also worked at Samsung Data Systems(2022), contributing to the development of their e-store platform. She is skilled in Java, C++, Python, and tools such as Git, MySQL, and Visual Studio.

Research Highlights

Her research focuses on Natural Language Processing and Deep Learning. Her M.Tech thesis explored monolingual semantic text similarity using BERT, with applications in plagiarism detection, information retrieval, and recommendation systems. She has also worked on clustering and classification of news articles, combining unsupervised K-means with supervised algorithms like Naive Bayes and Logistic Regression. In the healthcare domain, she applied Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) for breast cancer detection in mammograms. Her research reflects a blend of theory and application, with future interests in multilingual NLP, interpretable AI, and real-world deployment of intelligent systems.
