Biography

Dr. Aditi Sharma is currently working as an Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) in the Department of Computer Science & Information Technology at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT), Noida, where she has been associated since July 2013. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from JIIT, a Master’s in Computer Science with specialization in Data Engineering from IIIT-Delhi, and a bachelor’s degree from Gautam Buddh Technical University (UPTU).
With over 12 years of academic experience, Dr. Sharma has expertise in Distributed Systems, Data Mining & Warehousing, Cloud Computing, Information Retrieval, and Database Management Systems. She has actively contributed to academic development through mentoring 30+ undergraduate projects, curriculum documentation, course development, and lab manual creation. She is skilled in SQL and Python and proficient with tools such as Jupyter Notebook, AWS, MongoDB, and MySQL.
