Dr. Ashu Kumari

Biography

Dr. Ashu Kumari is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT), Noida. She earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Department of Behavioural Sciences, SGT University, in 2022. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Chaudhary Charan Singh University (CCSU).

With over five years of academic and professional experience, Dr. Kumari is a dedicated psychologist specializing in clinical and rehabilitation psychology. 

Her research interests include mindfulness, resilience, coping strategies, and adolescent mental health, reflecting a strong commitment to advancing psychological well-being through both teaching and empirical research.
