Dr. Mukta Goyal

Biography

Dr. Mukta Goyal, currently working as an Associate Professor, Department of CS&E and IT, Noida, attained the doctorate in the domain of E-learning. She has 24 + years of teaching experience. She is an active researcher in the field of E-learning, E-governance, Blockchain. She has more than 60 papers, one edited book on” E-learning Methodologies: Fundamentals, technologies and applications (Vol. 40). IET.” She has guided various M.Tech Thesis, more than 100 B.Tech projects and one Ph.D thesis submitted in her credit. She is also a reviewer of reputed Journals.

Research Highlights

Her prolific research portfolio encompasses more than 60 published papers in reputed international journals and conferences, alongside an edited book on "E-learning Methodologies: Fundamentals, Technologies and Applications (Vol. 40)" published by IET. Her contributions to blockchain technology include the development of innovative shard management models using GA-TLEHO (Genetic Algorithm-based Teaching Learning Elephant Herding Optimization) approach for performance-aware blockchains and the creation of TISCMB (Trust Integrated Self-Correcting Miner Selection Blockchain), a highly efficient consensus model that addresses critical challenges in distributed systems. Her research extends to transformative e-governance applications, including blockchain-based smart contracts for country of origin certificates in Indian Customs Export Clearance, digital identity management frameworks, and COVID-19 vaccine administration mechanisms that address transparency and verification challenges in healthcare systems. In educational technology, the meta-analysis research on project-based learning outcomes using fuzzy inference systems demonstrates the ability to apply advanced computational methods to measure program attainment and student learning effectiveness.
