Dr. Samriti Kalia

Biography

Dr. Samriti Kalia is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT), Noida. She holds a Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JIIT Noida, an M.E. degree from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, and a B.E. degree from Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. With over 12 years of combined teaching and research experience, her core specialization lies in wireless communication. Her research interests includeOFDM, MIMO-NOMA systems, channel modelling, and UAV-based wireless communications. She has authored several research papers published in reputed international journals such as Elsevier and IET, contributing significantly to advancements in her research domain. Throughout her academic career, Dr. Kalia has successfully supervised and guided multiple B.Tech. and M.Tech. students, and has taught a wide range of undergraduate andpostgraduate courses in Electronics and Communication Engineering. At JIIT, she has actively contributed to academic and administrative development through her involvement in departmental loadcommittees, publication committee, the organizing committee of the International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICSC), and curriculum design initiatives for wireless communication subjects.
