Dr. Sayani Ghosal is working as Assistant Professor (Sr. Grade) in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering and Information Technology at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT), Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. She has completed her Ph.D. in computer science & engineering from Netaji Subhas University of Technology (East Campus) (Formerly, Ambedkar Institute of Advanced Communication Technologies and Research), Govt. of NCT of Delhi, India, affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, India, in the field of Natural Language Processing. She qualified GATE and did her M.Tech in computer science & engineering from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women, Delhi. She has completed her B.Tech in computer science & engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, West Bengal. Her research areas include natural language processing, Fuzzy Logic, soft computing, sentiment analysis and machine learning. She has taught many courses to computer science students which include Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Social Media Analytics and Cloud Computing. She had also participated in many Conferences, Faculty Development program and Workshops.
