Biography

Dr. Sonal is an Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering & IT at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT), Noida, with over 9 years of academic, industry and research experience. She earned her Ph.D. in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru University in 2022, M.Tech. in Software Engineering from Delhi Technological University (2011–2013), and B.Tech in Computer Science from YMCA University (2007–2011). Prior to Joining JIIT, she has worked as Application Developed in Oracle India and Assistant Professor at North Cap University, Gurugram. She has taught a wide range of courses such as Database Management System, Software Development Fundamentals, Large Scale Databases and Open Source Software Labs.

Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering: School of Computer and Systems Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, India; 2022. Ph.D. Thesis Title: ‘Graph Model for Schema and Data Mapping’., M. Tech.
