PhD research utilized sociological frameworks and mixed methodologies to examine environmental and societal interactions in the Himalayan Region, emphasizing the importance of local knowledge. Delivered invited talks at prestigious institutions, including the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in Bangalore, on sustainable development and food sovereignty in the face of climate change.
