Professor in Department of Computer Science Engineering, Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida. I attained my doctorate in the domain of Artificial Intelligence from University of Delhi, Delhi. I have over 19 years of teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate level in JIIT and 4 years of experience before joining JIIT. I am an active researcher in the field of Machine Learning, Nature Inspired computing and social networks. I have guided various M tech thesis, more than 100 B.Tech projects and presently guiding 5 PhD scholars and two have been already awarded PhD under my guidance. I have addressed diverse audience as a keynote speaker in UGC, ATAL and TEQIP sponsored FDPs and workshops. With many national and international research publications to my credit, I am also the chief editor of two books published by reputed international publishers. I have organized many special sessions in conferences and is in the program committee of various conferences of repute. I am actively involved as reviewer for many International Journals and Conference Proceedings. I have been actively involved in organizing International Conference on Contemporary Computing in year 2008 to 2022 and Chaired Workshop in International Conference on Informatics in 2022.
