Biography

Ms. Vaishnavi Shukla is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Applications at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT), Noida. She has over two years of teaching experience in Computer Science and Applications. Prior to joining JIIT, she served as an Assistant Professor at JSS University, Noida, and Shri Ram College, Muzaffarnagar, where she taught courses including Database Management Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Operating Systems, Data Structures and Algorithms, Computer Networks, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, E-Commerce, and C Programming.

She received her Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in affiliation from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), graduating as the Gold Medalist with a CGPA of 8.8. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in affiliation from CCS University.

She has qualified the UGC-NET examination in June 2025 and actively participates in Faculty Development Programmes, workshops, and research activities in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and emerging technologies. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes practical, application-oriented learning while fostering analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and continuous innovation among students.

Research Highlights

Ms. Vaishnavi Shukla's research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Explainable AI. Her work focuses on developing intelligent, trustworthy, and practical AI solutions using technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). She has contributed book chapters in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Security, and Database Systems and actively participates in Faculty Development Programmes and research initiatives on emerging technologies. Her goal is to develop reliable AI systems that support transparent and effective decision-making.
