Biography

Dr. B.C. Joshi is Assistant Professor in Department of Physics and Materials Science and Engineering. Dr. Joshi did his M.Sc. in 2004 as Gold medalist from Kumaun University Nainital. In 2010 he had completed his Ph.D. from Kurukshetra University. He is working on compound semiconductor devices.
