Biography

Vineet Khandelwal received his Ph.D degree from School of Computer Systems and Sciences, JNU, New Delhi, India in the year 2014 and M.Tech in Signal Processing from NSIT, New Delhi, India in 2001. He obtained his B.E degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from MITS, Gwalior in 1999. He served nSys Design System as design engineer for more than a year after M.Tech. He joined the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida as lecturer in October 2004 and was elevated to the post of Associate Professor in the year 2017. Prior to this, he was a faculty member in Amity School of Engineering and Technology, IP University, New Delhi for 2 years. He has been associated in research and development in the field of signal processing, biomedical signal processing and RF and Optical wireless communication etc. He has published papers in several International journals of high repute such as Springer and IEEE transactions. Besides, he has presented papers in various International conferences/ seminars in India and abroad. He has also delivered guest lectures in some of the reputed institutes and universities.

Research & Development

  • Co-supervised and guided one research scholar with successful completion of Ph.D.
  • Supervising four research scholars for Ph.D work. 
  • Guided more than 12 post graduate students for their Project and thesis work.
  • Guided more than 100 undergraduate students for their Project work
  • Developed one UG and one PG lab viz. Signal Processing lab and PG lab II(Advanced Communication System)
  • Founder faculty co-ordinator for Creativity and Innovation Cell in Electronics(CICE) at  Jaypee Institute of Information Technology Noida
